Created in real-time during an exclusive live art session for Max Mara in Italy, this piece is a visual meditation on inner freedom. The composition grounds a black-and-white figure in a landscape of torn, earthy paper, while a heron takes flight toward a deep green sun — a symbol of ascending beyond limitations.

I built this narrative using tactile, raw materials to contrast flight with foundation, incorporating a real piece of tree bark to represent deep roots. But the true heartbeat of this artwork is the bold, cut-out Italian phrase anchoring the piece: "Sono libera ora perché mi amo" (I am free now because I love myself).

It is a deeply personal, empowering artwork, crafted to remind you of your own untamed nature.
